I'm back to finish my journey!!

Since the birth of my son I have been working on getting healthy again. I have to admit that I want to look good too! Don't we all?!?!?! I was doing really good before going on vacation last month. Since that time I have been on a slippery slope. I don't want to go down that slope because I know it will be even harder to pick myself up again. I can't fail. Let me repeat that to myself I CAN'T FAIL!!!! I have set forth a plan to get myself in shape by Halloween. That gives me 10 weeks. 10 weeks to eat right, exercise everyday and drink lots of water!! So here are my goals for the next 10 weeks:

1. Lose 20 lbs
2. Drink 100 oz of water everyday
3. NO SODA!!!!
4. No sugar except in fruit or yogurt.
5. Exercise every day
6. Wake up and go to bed with a positive attitude
7. Track all food using My Fitness Pal and stay in my calorie limits.
