1.No more sugar until I lose 10 more lbs
2. Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred for the next 30 days.

Back on track
So I haven't posted in quiet a while. I had been doing good through may and June but with vacation I have fallen off track a little. I don't want to start a 6 month backslide so I am recommitting myself today to no sugar. Hopefully I can get off this pesky last 20 pounds. 25 lbs down 20 to go.
