Starting to see some progress

Looking pretty good. I just have to get my eating under control a little better. Tomorrow is Allen's birthday and after a piece of cake I plan on eating clean for the rest of the month. :) I plan on stashing the fridge full of healthy, ready to eat foods and snacks. :) I did 30 day shred everyday except Sunday. I definitely needed a rest day.

Here's hoping that I can hit 135 by the end of the month! :)

A new month, a new me

So I thought I was going to motivate last week and I didn't really. Too much sugar, not enough moving. So today is a new month and it is time to rededicate myself and get off this last 10-15 lbs. So for the month of August, 30 day shred, alternating level 2 & level 3 and NO SUGAR!!!!!

I gotta get over this hump!!

I was doing so well before vacation and now pllllllhhhhh!! So I am back at it!!
1.No more sugar until I lose 10 more lbs
2. Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred for the next 30 days.
3. Water, Water, Water and more Water!!

Back on track

So I haven't posted in quiet a while. I had been doing good through may and June but with vacation I have fallen off track a little. I don't want to start a 6 month backslide so I am recommitting myself today to no sugar. Hopefully I can get off this pesky last 20 pounds. 25 lbs down 20 to go.
