Failure is only a fact when you give up. Everyone gets knocked down, the question is: Will you get back up?
So it is day 3 of my weight loss journey and those good I can do it vibes are starting to wear off and the one or two potato chips won't hurt me vibes are starting to sneak in. I just know I need to stay strong and just remember that I can have snacks in moderation when I lose the weight I need to lose. I did sneak a few potato chips when I was making Allen's dinner and I had 2 very small slices of pumpkin bread before bed. Bad me!! Oh well all I can do is better today!
ok so my menu plan is the same as yesterday, being on a budget causes me to have to eat pretty much the same thing everyday all week. I may thaw out the veggie soup in the freezer and have a bowl of that though!
My exercise goal is to do day 2 of 5 factor fitness. That should be pretty interesting seeing as how I am very sore from doing day 1 of the video. Hahahaha! I didn't realize just how out of shape that I am until I did that workout. Ok so maybe I did know, but I was in denial!!
