A new month, a new me

So I thought I was going to motivate last week and I didn't really. Too much sugar, not enough moving. So today is a new month and it is time to rededicate myself and get off this last 10-15 lbs. So for the month of August, 30 day shred, alternating level 2 & level 3 and NO SUGAR!!!!!


So here are last weeks stats compared to this weeks.

So I am down a little bit compared to last week which is a good thing. Especially since AF came to visit today. :)
