Day 2 Goals

Well this is day 2 of my weight loss journey and I thought I would start a blog to help keep myself accountable.
My Current Weight is 160.8 lbs
My Goal Weight is 125 lbs

Today's Meal Plan

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with green peppers, green onions, ham and cheese.

Snack - Ham rolls with Laughing Cow Light, green peppers and cucumbers

Lunch - 1 1/2 cups chili, salad with 2 tbs light balsamic vinegarette

Snack - Apple with 1 tbs peanut butter

Dinner: Large Salad with 2 tbs balsamic vinegarette, craisins and grilled chicken

Sweet Treat: 1/2 cup sugar free jello
