Day 3 of the 6 Week Body Makeover

Well today was day 3 on my journey to a healthy happy self. I got on the scale this morning because I just couldn't help myself. I know I shouldn't but I am a scale-a-holic. I was down 5 pounds as of this morning. I couldn't believe it. That just leaves me 30 pounds till my ultimate goal weight and only 18 lbs to my vacation goal weight. Woo Hoo less than 20 lbs to lose before vacation. I also had something else amazing happen last night. I am a notorious "midnight" snacker. I have gotten up and binged at night for as long as I can remember. I wake up around 2 or 3 and I just can't control what I eat. It is always something bad for me and it is always too much food at one time. Well last night I fell asleep at about 11:30 and I slept till 6:30 this morning. I couldn't believe it. I can't remember the last time I slept through an entire night without getting up and at least roaming around the kitchen. I am hoping this is a sign of the diet. I hope since I am eating right for my body type these "midnight" cravings will be gone for good.

Today I:
Went for a 30 minute walk at the park and then chased Gracie around for another 30 minute
Followed my Meal Plan
Drank over 100 ounces of water
