Well today is day 5 and the weekend is upon me. I am hoping I can keep up my good process through out the busy weekend. I did cheat some today, but it was my birthday and everyone deserves pizza and cake on their birthday. I had a very small slice of cake, 1 1/2 slices of pizza and 1 breadstick. and I have to say that is extreme restraint on my part. I also ate 1 cup of cucumbers with my food. I stuck to the meal plan for the rest of the meals today, even though I really really really wanted pizza for dinner. I even went so far as taking the pizza out of the fridge and almost taking the pizza out of the box. However I put it back in the box, then back in the fridge, got out the mushrooms and sauteed them up to have with my rice and turkey. :) Yahhhh for me. I also did the 3 mile walk tonight in place of the 2 mile walk and boy it was tough but I feel great.
Today I:
Almost followed my meal plan
Drank over 100 oz of water
Did the 45 minute, 3 mile cardio walk
Did my sculpting exercises.
Tomorrow I will:
Follow my meal plan
Drink over 1o0 oz of water
Do the 45 minute, 3 mile cardio walk.
